Michael got lots of lovely presents for his birthday. Some he opened on the day, some at the birthday party and some on the following afternoon. He's very grateful to all of his generous relatives and friends. I've only included pictures of a few, as there were many.
He surprised the guy in the bike shop. The guy wasn't sure if Michael would need a 14" or a 16" bike, but as soon as he saw Michael going the 16" one he was happy with that. Granddad didn't seem too surprised though.
He got loads of lovely presents at his party, which he mostly opened afterwards as he had to rush off to someone else's party following his own one (the busy life of the modern pre-schooler).
Grandma was already down to help out with the party (she looked after the getting-sicker emma), and Uncle Alan and Auntie Alyson came over in the later afternoon to help Michael open the remainder of his presents.
