We had a lovely weekend away a couple of weekends ago to celebrate Grandma, Alan and Sarah's birthdays (all within a couple of weeks of each other). We went away to a hotel just outside Gleneagles. It was lovely.

Michael and Emma had a great time. They enjoyed swimming, going to the park, visiting a chocolate place, eating nice food and even an easter egg hunt. They had fun at the park. Michael enjoyed running back and forth up and down a trail until his trousers fell down at the end of one of the runs.

They had their own en-suite toilet, which was a real luxury. Both of them behaved really well and slept well at night.

Emma enjoyed seeing the animals that were there. She had a duck cornered under a bench at one point. The poor duck was terrified.
