Emma attempts to be the first scotswoman to put a rocket into space. She managed maybe a foot or so of height, but it's a good start

We had a great time at Gordon, just outside Kelso a couple of weeks ago.

Michael and Emma were on good form. Michael was particularly excited to get out on his bike, and Sarah was able to take Emma on the back of her bike (both bike and baby seat donated by our next door neighbours). They went out for a couple of rides, and Emma was babbling all the way.

Michael had loads of games that he enjoyed playing. The stomp rocket was a big hit, as was polar panic (a jenga type game involving plastic blocks and a polar bear). Emma was surrounded by food, so was always happy.

They both enjoyed the hot tub/jet pool. Michael got so excited he jumped in without his armbands on. Luckily we were around and he made it to the side. Emma also took an aversion to her swimming costume, but given we were all friends, she often just went in in her swim nappy.

Michael continued his obsession with angry bird, and was asking to play it all the time. He also played a lot of Fifa (Mario Fifa) on the xbox with his uncles.
