Georgia Freed demonstrates what big 2 year olds they must have in Barcelona. My family bought this for Michael when they were over there, and the guy said it would fit a 2 year old. Georgia is 5! (They had to get changed after playing with water in the back garden)

I know it looks like Alan is getting ready to give 'Big Smacks', but i believe he was only stretching

We've had a busy couple of weeks in the black household. On top of all the usual sleep-related issues, baby-related changes of clothes and tantrums, we've had our car fixed, our heating went and got fixed by a heating engineer (in the short term with a bit of margerine - I kid you not!), our oven conked out (thanks to Grandad Black for getting and fitting a new one), Olivia Freed was sick in the house then Sarah caught the bug and the wind was so bad that a bit of our guttering has blown off. Oh - and our TV is nearing destruction, and needs to be whacked on the side to work.
I've been feeling better and worse, but getting generally better. It was novel for me to be looking after Sarah for a day when she caught the vomiting bug. Luckily no-one else in the house caught it. That being said, Emma could have had it and we wouldn't really have noticed as she's sick all the time anyway.

We had a great time for Easter. Grandma then Uncle Alan came to stay for a couple of days. As Sarah predicted, as soon as Michael saw his egg he wanted it all. Grandma had organized an Easter Egg hunt for Michael in the back garden, which he greatly enjoyed. We also decorated some eggs and rolled them at the park at the top of the the estate. Michael, however, got very upset when he saw that the point of decorating the eggs and taking them to the hill was to basically destroy them, so we let him keep one of his eggs (it went straight into the bin though when he was asleep).
