We've been blessed with two very good children. Michael shows the occasional lapse of judgement or temper, and emma has some issues not having a nosey when she's really tired and should be falling asleep, but on the whole they are totally fantastic.

The weather's taken a real turn for the nice, so Michael's been able to get out in the garden and play in the street with some of the other kids from our street. He did get bit on the back by one of them the other day, which was a bit of a worry, but so far there's been no signs of tetanus or rabies.

Sarah fixed the gutter the other day. We had a terrible gale last week and some of it blew off. She very bravely climbed out of our spare room's window and onto the garage roof and fixed it. She'd even sawed the gutter pipe to size! She's had to do a lot of things about the house that I would normally end up doing. I still take out the bins though! That remains my task.

Sarah took Michael and Emma to Kings Park in Stirling on Tuesday. I was really jealous when they dropped me off at work. It was a beautiful day. There were a load of mothers and kids from church going. Michael had a really good time. Sarah got a bit of sunburn, but not too bad for her.
