Michael had his first day at nursery school today - he barely even looked back! After getting his coat and shoes off, he was ushered into a room with the other children in his group, and when the teacher (Mrs Pattison) asked if she could take Martin and I into her office, he was already so engrossed in what he was doing (putting beads on a shoelace), she had to ask three times to even get a response! When we returned after completing some forms, he was so busy playing with his friend Charlie he didn't even want to kiss me goodbye before we left.
