We visited the Video Games Exhibition in Dundee a couple of weeks ago, or at least Michael and I did together with Clair, Lee, Hannah and Reece. Sarah had a walk around the rest of the V&A with Granny, and Emma went off to find Oor Wullies with Granddad.
I really enjoyed the exhibit. It had a whole section on what was involved with designing and developing games, as well as a section of the ethics of modern gaming and some sample video games at the end. I thought the one dimensional light game was particularly interesting (see video).
It was great to catch up with Clair, Lee, Hannah and Reece. We went to Five Guys. Granddad had a toastie, and the rest of us paid a small fortune for delicious burgers.
