Michael asked me to share this photo.
We went for a wee walk this afternoon to the waterfall in Alva Glen. I'm hoping that a little exercise will help me sleep tonight, as I ended up napping for 3 hours on Friday then had two 2 hour naps on Saturday afternoon.
We asked michael to go get a stick to throw off the wee bridge into the water, and he was quite proud of this one.
