Michael, Emma and Sarah went up to Aberdeen a couple of weeks ago and had a great time. They went straight to the swimming and Michael and Emma were both brave enough to jump off the island into the water at the swimming pool, as well as go down the kids slides.
They had a trip to Storybook Glen where they enjoyed seeing the animals and all of the little attractions.
Michael and Emma got to try out their new-found skills on the ice with Grandma one day. Michael even got a ice-hockey stick and ball and seemed to get the hang of it pretty quickly. He also got to play crazy golf with Granddad, where they both got a hole in one at the same hole.
Emma had a lot of fun at the soft play whilst the golf was going on. There was some kind of contraption that you put the plastic balls into then let it blow them up in the air. We've got some video footage of it, but I'll need to work out how to rotate the footage.
As you can see, Emma also managed to take a few photos with our camera. I can tell it's her because of the height the photos were taken at, as well as her foot being in at least one of the photos. Still - she managed to not get her fingers in the photo.
