Sunny glenrothes

Due to the ward picnic being cancelled yesterday, we took the opportunity for a road trip to glenrothes.

We stopped by Sarah's granny and granddad. It was good to see them, and Sarah's auntie Irene was also there. She, being a teacher, knew all about the jolly phonics Michael has been learning at school. Michael showed his great granddad angry bird on my phone, which they both enjoyed.

Afterwards we went by to granddad and granny blacks. Both kids were excited to be there. Granddad was good enough to take them both to soft play at bongos whilst I napped and Sarah got a bit of a break. my dad said that Emma has no fear at the soft play and enjoyed going down the slides for the bigger kids.

Emma enjoyed running about the garden for a bit, pointing out what colour the flowers were. No golf though, as it was pretty wet.
